How afterALL handles data.

Last updated: May 13, 2026

Overview

afterALL is an early beta service that sends private post-activity feedback through WhatsApp. The current beta starts with post-ride insights, while the product direction is broader activity feedback over time.

Data we collect

We collect only the data needed to provide the requested feedback and operate the service. This may include profile and activity data authorized by the user, such as activity name, type, distance, duration, elevation, start time, and recent activity context.

We may also process WhatsApp contact information needed to send service messages after the user opts in.

How we use data

We use authorized activity data to generate private feedback for the same user, send WhatsApp messages that the user requested, respond to support requests, prevent duplicate sends, and operate afterALL.

AI and model training

afterALL may use AI services only to generate private, inference-time feedback for the authenticated user. Activity data is not used to train, fine-tune, or develop AI/ML models.

Data sharing

We do not sell personal data or activity data. We use service providers only as needed to operate afterALL, such as hosting the service, connecting authorized activity data, generating the requested message, and sending WhatsApp messages.

WhatsApp messages

Users must opt in before receiving WhatsApp messages from afterALL. Users can stop WhatsApp messages at any time by replying STOP.

Disconnect and deletion requests

Users can revoke access through the connected activity service and can request deletion of afterALL-held data by contacting support@afterall.fit.

Independent service

Compatible with Strava. Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Strava.

Beta service

afterALL is an early beta service. Features, data handling practices, and availability may change as the service develops. We will update this policy when needed.
